10-Step Error Prevention
The essential 10-step error prevention feature prevents irregular non-pedestrian movements from being mistaken for steps.
To get the most accurate step count and avoid sudden movements being counted as steps, the pedometer will not count any continuous movement of less than 10 steps. Once you have walked 10 steps in a row, the pedometer will start counting 11, 12, 13...
IMPROPER STEP COUNTING
The pedometer may not count steps correctly in the following conditions:
-Irregular motion such as swinging and vibrating.
-Using with a walking aid, or taking slow or light steps.
-Riding on transport such as buses, trains& cars.
